Vario

The Vario is our new stylish foot muff. It can be adjusted to three different lengths to accommodate your growing baby. A weather-resistant outside fabric pairs with a warm and cozy inside fabric that gives baby warmth and protection from the elements. The Vario is the perfect accompaniment to any Peg Perego stroller.

THERMORE ECO DOWN padding used in the Peg Perego Igloo and Vario has been tested by independent labs in accordance with the ASTM  D 1518 (Thermal Transmittance of Textile Material) obtaining a  3.96 CLO, therefore approximately 4 CLO, which is the maximum thermal insulation value for clothing. This means that THERMORE ECO DOWN provides high warmth and prevents heat loss even at very cold temperatures.

The CLO unit is defined as the amount of clothing required by a resting subject to be comfortable. For example: 1 CLO value corresponds  to the insulation value of clothing needed to maintain a resting individual comfortable at a room temperature of 70 degrees F,  with less than 50% humidity and air movement of 0.1 m/s, that is a person typically wearing a business suit.
